Making a Purchase
Products available for purchase on iSpring website show prices excluding EU VAT.
iSpring does not charge VAT (value-added tax) for business purchases, if you provide a valid EU VAT number. However, iSpring is required to collect European Union value-added tax (“EU VAT”) from non-taxable EU customers*.
If you are a non-taxable EU customer, EU VAT will be included in the total charge when your order is processed. You will be charged EU VAT at the rate applicable in the EU Member State to which you belong (in which you are established, have your permanent address, or usually reside). The actual VAT amount will be shown during “Checkout” after you fill out your billing address.
*You are considered a non-taxable EU customer unless you have provided iSpring with a valid EU VAT number.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR ADEQUACY OF THE PAYMENT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU UPON PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.
For online payments, license details are emailed within one business day but are usually delivered faster. If you make a payment via check or bank transfer, the details will be sent after the payment is received, which can take up to two weeks.

We offer a subscription-based model for iSpring products. This model requires annual payments.
A lifetime license for iSpring Suite is also available. Please contact us if you are interested.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We prefer bank transfers/ACH payments and also accept company checks. Purchase Orders can be used in some cases.
